CARDIO barre is a fun, high-energy group exercise class that fuses fitness techniques from aerobic exercise, Pilate’s movements and dance combined with fluid athletic intervals. This method is a perfect combination of cardio, strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular endurance element utilizing the barre. Be prepared to burn fat, get into shape and have a blast!
TOTAL CROSS BARRE
CROSS barre is a high energy cross-fitness class that combines the ballet barre, cardio techniques and muscle conditioning equipment. Safe, fun and tailored for any fitness level, CROSS bare delivers long, strong muscles, improved posture, enhanced flexibility and heart strength!
CARDIO, BALLS & BANDS
This workout follows a vigorous pace, moving through a sequence of postures designed to shape and lift the entire body. This class is a total body workout that executes stretching techniques, utilizes light weights, stability balls and bands, burns fat and is guaranteed to make you sweat!
This invigorating class burns calories, builds muscle and speeds up metabolism. With additional concentration on balancing the body with fluid controlled movements, this class is designed to improve posture and develop a more flexible body. Cardio moves, mixed with interval weight training and an AB workout completes this fat burning class.
Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even alleviate back pain. Developed from the techniques of Joseph Pilates, this is a safe sensible exercise system that will help you look and feel your best.
PILATES MAT & TONE
This class offers the same effective mat class above with the addition of equipment (small weights, Pilate’s rings and bands) to help tone and firm the arms, glutes and hips.
This is a one-hour weight training class, designed to build muscle. Included is a great abs section at the end! All are welcome.
